Regarding the financial statements of RS Public Company Limited ("The Company"),for the first quarter 2010, that has already been submitted to the Stock Exchange of Thailand since May 14, 2010
The Company would like to submit the revised financial statements for the first quarter 2010 because there were revisions of the unit of shares presented in the statement of income for the three-month periods ended March 31, 2010 (page 5). The exact revisions are as follows:-
