As RS Public Company Limited ("The Company") issued 174,999,984 units of warrants of which 1 unit of warrant can be exercised to 1.053 ordinary shares at Baht 1.709 per share. The warrants exercise date shall be on the last business day of January and July throughout the term of the Warrants. The 4th exercise date is on July 30, 2010.

The Company would like to report the result of warrants exercised on the 4th exercise date,July 30, 2010 as follows:

1. Number of holders who exercised their rights	7 Person
2. Number of holders to whom ordinary shares were allotted	7 Person
3. Number of warrants exercised	7,661,091 Units
4. Number of ordinary shares issued through the exercise	8,067,128 Shares
5. Warrants remaining after this exercise	167,337,493 Units
6. Number of ordinary shares reserved for remaining warrants exercise	177,931,456 Shares.
