Whereas, the Board of Directors of RS Public Company Limited ("the Company") has resolved that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Year 2010 will be held on 28th April, 2010 at 2.00 p.m. at press conference room, 1st floor Chetchotisak Building, RS Public Company Limited,419/1 Soi Ladphrao 15, Chomphon, Jatujark, Bangkok 10900.
The Company would like to inform you that the Company has posted the Invitation Letter of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting Year 2010 with all relevant documents on the Company's website at www.rs.co.th/corporate since March 27, 2010 as to facilitate rapid access for shareholders. The Company will post the Company's Annual Report 2009 on our website as soon as it has been completed.
