As RS Public Company Limited ("The Company") issued 174,999,984 units of warrants of which one unit of warrant can be exercised to one ordinary share at Baht 1.80 per share. The warrants exercise date shall be on the last business day of January and July throughout the term of the Warrants. The 3rd exercise date is on January 29, 2010.
The Company would like to report the result of warrants exercised on the 3rd exercise date,January 29, 2010 as follows:
